# ON ABUNDANCY

> A house for regeneration and longevity on Mallorca. A small number of rooms, a medical team, a longevity floor (hyperbaric oxygen, cryotherapy, red light, sauna, cold plunge), real food from its own garden, and nature. Concept, design, sourcing and build by the ON team; each area run by specialist operators.

ON ABUNDANCY is a project developed by ON Signature Properties (https://on-sigprop.com).

## Questions
- What is ON ABUNDANCY? A small house on Mallorca for regeneration and longevity: a medical team, spa and longevity areas, food from its own garden, no Wi-Fi. A development of ON Signature Properties.
- Where on Mallorca will it be? Several historic estates are under review. We share the location with members once it is secured.
- When will it open? ON ABUNDANCY is in planning. We will name a date once the house and the partners are in place.
- Who is it for? For people who have everything except time, clarity and energy. And for the partners who will build it with us: investors, owners and agents, operators and doctors.
- How do I get access? Access is personal and on request. After a short conversation and a confidentiality agreement, you receive your own key.

## The house rules
- Offline: no Wi-Fi anywhere, wired connections only; phones rest at reception.
- Natural: built ecologically; linen, towels, laundry and cleaning sustainable.
- Grown here: own orchard and garden, farmed organically.
- Grounded: back to nature and to one's own strength.

## Status
- Concept stage, no operating clinic yet. We are looking for the property (an existing licensed hotel or rural hotel first, or an estate in need of renovation where we pay for licence, land and substance), operators, doctors and therapists, and investors (family offices and private investors).
- The public site shows a teaser. The full concept, numbers and the full film are for approved members after a short NDA.
